At the Goodwill store on Route 9A in Elmsford, you can find ribbons, wrapping paper, decorations and unopened games at very low prices. It may look dark here outside A.I. Friedman’s in Port Chester, but it was cheerful inside with plenty of sales on arts and craft items.
